Challenge
This government institution needed a versatile, multimedia, and flexible web page that would above all allow it to display information about auctions and lots in a user-friendly and clear way.
Our solutions
Rootstack's team of software developers created a functional, friendly, and easy-to-use web page, where the institution's team can easily upload batch profiles, sharing all the associated information such as prices, photographs, location in Google Maps, among other features.
Upon entering the website, the user can search according to the type of property that interests him, whether it is a farm, a lot, a parcel or a home. You can also search if this property is available for auction or not and the sector where it is located.
The Home of the site has a component that shows the latest lots uploaded and those that are currently available for auction, showing a preview of the lots and the date they will be auctioned.
It also has a space where the most important news related to the area is highlighted and a component at the bottom of the page with links of interest to the user, associated with the invested areas, the institution, the available goods and a link to see the auctions in alive.
Speaking of live streams, the Rootstack team put an iframe on the MEF site so they could easily stream auctions every time they happen, streamlining this task for the client.
Batch profile
When entering the profile of each lot, the website shows an aerial image of it, photographs that were taken by Rootstack using a drone. In this area you can not only see photographs of the lot, but also its location on Google Maps and a Street View style view, also provided by Google Maps.
Then you can see a general description of the lot, with the date of the auction and the deadline for registration in it. It shows the ID of the property, the area of the land, sector, zoning, the status of the property and the initial value of the offer.
It has attached files, where the lot plan is included for those who are interested in seeing it. It lists the benefits that this lot has and makes a form available to the user so that they can request more information about this property.
This profile gives the option to share the link on Facebook and Twitter and also allows you to print it directly from the website.
