As usual, the Rootstack team was present at Developer Week, this time in its 2025 edition, which took place in San Jose, California from February 11 to 13, bringing together the best of the best in the software industry.
Diego Tejera, our CTO, led the team and the booth, where we received hundreds of Developer Week visitors interested in learning more about our services and the technological solutions that we have offered to more than 200 clients on the continent.
Developer Week in 2025 was a success
For three days, our team explained to those interested all the solutions and technologies that Rootstack handles, in addition to answering any questions they may have about our services.
Also, to keep the atmosphere light, we raffled off a Meta Quest, which went into the hands of a lucky visitor to our booth.
Developer Week was the world's technology hub
The conference offered a wide range of activities, including talks, workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Topics covered included artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and virtual reality, providing attendees with a comprehensive overview of current trends in technological development.
One of the standout events was the hackathon, which attracted over 1,000 participants competing for prizes totaling $20,400. This hackathon provided a platform for developers to demonstrate their creativity and technical skills in a competitive environment.
Additionally, for those who were unable to attend in person, DeveloperWeek 2025 offered a virtual broadcast from February 18-20, allowing a global audience to access the conferences and workshops online.
The event also featured an exhibition where leading companies presented their products and services. Some of the notable exhibitors included IBM, Oracle MySQL, and Robert Half, who showcased their latest innovations and opportunities in the technology sector.
In short, DeveloperWeek 2025 provided a comprehensive platform for technology professionals to connect, learn, and explore the latest trends and innovations in software development.
