The client is a well-known global insurance company. They already had a web portal for users to manage their insurance products and a mobile app for Android and iOS. Working closely with their development team, our main challenge was to maintain their current app and, more importantly, to incorporate new functionalities by implementing Cliniweb for their health insurance products.

- Arranging medical appointments.
- Accessing a calendar to view past and future appointments.
- Finding medical professionals.
- Filtering professionals by area and specialty.
- Viewing each professional’s profile.
- Accessing a complete directory of clinics, health centers, labs, and doctors.
- Generating an on-demand online consultation. This feature includes a support chat for patients to inform their symptoms to be later assigned an adequate health professional in real-time.
- Managing complaints, issues and support services.
