Based on previous penetration test results, hardening consists of fixing the errors and vulnerabilities found and leaving them well secured. It is a detailed mitigation work to ensure that no failures are left to chance.
3. Code inspection
This third service is also vital to reinforce a product’s security. It consists of carrying out an in-depth review of its code. In this way, experts in different technologies study that it is safe, analyze if the correct practices are being used and that everything is updated (for example, that old libraries and packages are not being used).
