BDR + Account Executive Entry Level

We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of BDR (Business Development Representative) and Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience overall, with previous sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales. Comfort with conducting cold calls, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, is essential. The candidate should also possess a technical aptitude to learn and utilize sales tools effectively. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or superior) is required.

• Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives to drive sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute outreach campaigns.
• Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track activities, manage leads, and report progress.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals, achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Continuously learn about industry trends, market dynamics, and product offerings.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
