Jira is a massive platform that is directed towards the management of business projects that allows you to supervise, manage, track and handle all types of projects within your own company
As we have already mentioned in several JIRA-related articles, the truth is that this software aimed at creating and managing projects has more than just one module.
Each project has a series of incidents that must be resolved in order to carry out the objective of the project
Within JIRA core, you can access the projects and workflows of which you are a part, which should appear directly on your dashboard.
As an end user, it is from this point through which you handle the different tasks that make up a project, which you can find within your workflow.
By clicking on any of the tasks that are within the workflow, you can view all the relevant information there. You should see something like this:
